What is this place? We are a melodrama dinner theater!
Do you do the show in the same room as dinner? Our dinner and shows are quite separate to allow customers the option to either enjoy the dinner, or the show, or both! You will have your 3 course meal in a dining room downstairs in the restaurant area and then move upstairs to the theater around 7:30 pm.
What time will we finish? The show 'officially' runs from 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm. You can expect that you will be finished around 10:00 pm.
What about parking? The Chateau owns its own parking spaces and our patrons park for free while they are dining and/or attending a show.
If we have reservations for the show only, what time should we be there? You should check in at the hostess stand to get your show pass any time between 7:15 and 7:45 pm.
Is there a bar? Yes, the Iron Springs Chateau has 2 full service bars to accommodate our guests both during dinner and in the theater during the show.
Are there snacks available in the theater? Yes, the Chateau has a concession stand in the theater that sells popcorn, candy and sodas.
What time is dinner? Dinner is served from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, with dinner seating options at 6:00 pm, 6:15 pm, and 6:30 pm.
What's for dinner? Dinner is a three course meal including a dinner salad, your choice of old fashioned pot roast, herb roasted chicken or salmon, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, rice pilaf and for dessert, a fruit cobbler. Coffee and hot or iced tea are included with dinner.
Do you have a vegetarian option for the entree? Yes, our vegetarian option for dinner is most often a vegetable medley with pasta dish. We require advance notice for vegetarian or vegan entree preparation.
Do you have gluten free options? We can accommodate a gluten free meal, but our kitchen is not set up for serious conditions such as celiac disease. We require advance notice for gluten free entree preparation.
Can I change my mind about my dinner entree (from what I originally told the reservationist)? If you are having either the beef or the chicken you may change your order, although the number of entree changes we can accommodate each evening is limited as our chefs prepare food daily based on reservations. Special order entrees, such as a salmon, vegetarian, vegan or gluten free meals must be ordered with your reservation.
Do you include gratuity in the price? Yes, taxes and gratuity are included in the price of your ticket.
When do we pay? Payment is either completed online or through the box office.
Do you have handicapped access? The iron Springs Chateau is a historical building and as such, we do not have an elevator. We do have bathrooms on both the first and second floor and we do have an alternate route (as opposed to stairs) to the theater for our handicap customers. Please let us know if you will need handicap accommodation as it affects where we reserve your seats in the theater.
What is your refund policy? All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for paid tickets, but with at least 24 hours notice, can exchange your tickets or issue a gift certificate.
