What is this place? |
We are a theater! We offer family friendly, comedic melodrama, as well as special offerings throughout the year. |
| Do you offer dinner? |
Some shows are dinner shows, but most shows have concessions and bar beverages available for purchase.

| What time will we finish? |
The show runs from 7:30 pm - ~9:30 pm. |
| What about parking? |
The Chateau owns its own parking spaces and our patrons park for free while they are attending a show. |
| If we have reservations for the show, what time should we be there? |
You should check in at the hostess stand any time between 6:15 and 7:15 pm. |
| Is there a bar? |
Yes, the Iron Springs Chateau has a full service bar to accommodate our guests during the show. |
| Are there snacks available in the theater? |
Yes, the Chateau has concessions available before and during the show. |
| When do we pay? |
Payment is either completed online or through the box office. |
| Do you have handicapped access? |
The iron Springs Chateau is a historical building and as such, we do not have an elevator.
We do have bathrooms on both the first and second floor and we do have an alternate route (as opposed to stairs)
to the theater for our handicap customers. Please let us know if you will need handicap accommodation as it
affects where we reserve your seats in the theater. |
| What is your refund policy? |
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for paid tickets,
but with at least 24 hours notice, we can exchange your tickets (if possible) or issue a gift certificate. |
